This is the only way you will get your recall clearance information. We just spoke to an oh so helpful (NOT!)CS rep, and then his supervisor, from Honda US and they claim their policy is to not issue recall clearance letters for "grey market" vehicles. A grey market vehicle is one that is purchased solely to be exported and driven in Canada. They wouldn't go on record with their policy nor would they put us through to anyone in their legal department. Just another way to gouge Canadians - collusion through national corporations.
